1:1 TRAINING

Seeking a more bespoke approach? One-to-one training with Jack offers tailored, high-level programming designed exclusively around your physiology, objectives, and the way you move.

How does the One-to-One programme work?

After an in-depth consultation with Jack, your bespoke programme is crafted around your body, goals, movement history and lifestyle. Then you’ll either train online or in-person (depending on location) over a structured period.

What are the options: Online vs In-Person?

Online Training: You’ll receive tailored weekly training blocks, video check-ins, movement feedback, and Jack’s coaching – all remotely.

In-Person Training (Greater London area): You train directly with Jack, session by session, with hands-on coaching, movement analysis and progressive programming.

What happens during the consultation?

The consultation is your entry point to El Habitus: a one-to-one call with Jack where you’ll explore your movement history, current limitations, long-term goals. From this conversation, Jack can begin to develop your programme.

What results can I expect?

While every client is different, the method focuses on rebuilding alignment, improving movement quality, deepening body awareness, and creating lasting change. You should expect progress in how you move, feel and train over the three-month period.
